Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AgentiCareer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

AgentiCareer is an AI-powered career agent that helps you find job opportunities, tailor your CV, submit applications on your behalf, and manage employer communications through a professional mailbox. The service operates at the autonomy level you choose.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

AI agent and autonomy

AgentiCareer uses AI to automate parts of your job search. You control the level of automation:

• You choose the autonomy level (L0-L5) and can change it at any time
• At every level, you can review and override any AI decision
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content (tailored CVs, cover letters, replies) should be reviewed before submission at lower autonomy levels

Your obligations

• Provide accurate information in your profile and CV
• Only apply to jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Do not use the service to spam employers, submit fraudulent applications, or violate any platform's terms of service

Limitation of liability

AgentiCareer is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers or interviews. We are not liable for decisions made by employers or the outcome of any application submitted through our service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
