Who we are

AgentiCareer is operated by 4D Consulting Kft., a company registered in Hungary. We act as the data controller for the personal data you provide when using our service.

Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password
• Google Sign-In data: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account to create and secure your account. We request only basic profile and email access - never your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google services.
• CV and career data: your uploaded CV, extracted skills, and career preferences
• Email data: messages sent and received through your AgentiCareer mailbox
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and application activity

Why we process your data

• To provide the AgentiCareer service (contract performance)
• To match you with relevant job opportunities (legitimate interest)
• To manage employer communications on your behalf (explicit consent)
• To improve our service through aggregated analytics (explicit consent)

Consent management

We require explicit consent for specific data processing activities. You can grant or revoke any consent at any time from your account settings:

• CV Processing - permission to analyze and tailor your CV for applications
• Email Monitoring - permission to classify and organize your inbox
• Email Tracking - permission to track email delivery status
• Data Sharing - permission to share your data with employer platforms when applying
• Analytics - permission to include your anonymized data in service analytics

Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access - request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification - correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure - request complete deletion of your account and data
• Right to data portability - export your data in a standard format
• Right to withdraw consent - revoke any consent at any time without affecting prior processing
• Right to object - object to processing based on legitimate interest

Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Decision logs are retained for a minimum of 6 months for EU AI Act compliance. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days.
